There is one more undercard fight to go, then on to the main event.

And we are ready to turn our full attention to the main event of the night.

We are through with the three anthems, and now the ring walks will begin.

For some reason, Nelly is also about to perform.

I am surprised and enthused that he chose EI as his song.  It is one of his best.

And that is leading into his newest chart topper, Just a Dream.

 Good performance, cool idea.

Manny is 148, Tony is up to 165.

Here comes Tony to the ring.

And now Manny.  He comes out to AC/DC's Thunderstruck, a vintage boxing choice if there ever was one.  And also Best Around from the Karate Kid.

Here we go.

 Round 1

Both men working the jabs.  Manny looks quicker.  Manny throwing more combos.  Manny took the round easily.  Tony seems unaffected though.  Tony tried nothing much but jabs.

 Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 2

Tony having more success.  Tony is clearly bigger.  Manny getting pushed back to the ropes.  Manny may have to win this on activity.  Both men fought their fight in this round and it was close.  Could have gone either way.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 3

Tony showing more skill than one may have expected.  Manny getting in some clean lefts.  Tony is not bothered at all.  Tony had him at the ropes briefly and Manny fought him off.  Once again both men fought their fights, but this one seemed more clearly for Manny.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 4

Announcers are all with me.  3-0 Manny.  Tony doesn't fear the power at all.  Tony is starting to get marked up though.  Manny is landing with everything.  Manny is getting to Tony easily.  He folded him up with body shots.  It is all Manny.  Tony looks bothered now for sure.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 5

Tony starts out determined.  Manny with a slick two punch.  Margarito finally had some real success at the ropes.  Manny rips back with combos.  Manny landing power shots.  Manny with more combos that are so fast.  Manny landing and dancing around Tony in the middle of the ring.  Manny closes with big shots that may have wobbled Tony.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 6

Tony's face is showing bruises.  The side to side movement from Manny has Tony baffled.  If you are for Tony in this fight, the small silver lining is that Manny slowed down a touch.  There were multiple exchanges on the ropes, but I believe Manny actually got the better of them as well.  His punches look more explosive than Tony's.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 7

The last round was a close one too.  It may have gone to Tony just based on the fact that Manny got backed up.  Harold gave it to Manny.  Max has them all for Manny.  Manny showboats.  Manny throwing combo after combo.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 8

Great action round.  Tony had a nice moment on the ropes.  Manny came firing right back.  And Tony presses to the ropes again.  The last 10 seconds were all action.  Both men swinging away.

Uatu:  Tony 10-9

Round 9

Nine starts out slowly.  A rare clinch by Manny.  Neither man landing much.  Manny running a bit.  But then a combo as Tony moved in.  Lead lefts as he moves away.  Tony is stalking but ineffectively.  Tony just didn't land enough that round even though Manny was coasting away.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 10

Tony's eyes are getting swelled a lot.  Harold has it all Manny.  Manny just has too many combos and Tony doesn't.  Punches in bunches from Manny.  A good round for Manny so far.  Manny unloads with something like a 6 punch combo.  Manny tagged Margarito and Tony is wobbling.  Manny may get his KO.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 11

Tony's right eye looks completely shut.  Will Tony make the final bell?  More combos from Manny.  Manny looks fresh.  Four more from Manny.  Just wave after wave from Manny.  The ref stops it to look and it continues.  Much more of the same.  Tony refuses to quit, but he is getting nothing done at this point.

Uatu:  Manny 10-9

Round 12

Not sure what this 12th round will accomplish.  The announcers believe Manny is pulling his punches to carry Tony.  Manny keeps nodding at him and moving away.  But Manny mixes in a few punches for good measure.  In the end, another clear round for Manny.

Uatu: Manny 10-9

Uatu:  119-109 Manny

Harold has it all Manny.

 Officially:

120-108

118-110

119-109

All 3 for the winner by unanimous decision, Manny Pacquiao!

Manny did admit that he got hurt by an uppercut at one point when he was against the ropes.  He said he was lucky to win the fight tonight.  He also said that he had pity for Tony late in the fight.  He also says that he will continue to fight.

Tony said he never considered quitting.  His trainer says he never considered stopping it either.

That's it from the PPV after closing remarks.
